1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and the CSV files you upload for processing.

We also collect usage data automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, and activity logs to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Provide and operate the Match Data Studio service
Process your CSV matching jobs
Manage your account and credits
Send transactional emails related to your account
Improve the service through aggregate analytics

3. Data storage and security

Your uploaded CSV files are stored in Google Cloud Storage in the us-central1 region. Files are accessible only to your account and are not shared with other users.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Data retention

Uploaded files and processing results are retained for 30 days after a job completes, then automatically deleted. You may delete your data at any time from within the app.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

Google Firebase — Authentication and database
Google Cloud — Storage and compute
Stripe — Payment processing
Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model inference (your data may be sent to these providers as part of matching runs)
