By using Match Data Studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the service

You may use Match Data Studio to upload, process, and match CSV datasets for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any data you upload.

You may not use the service to:

• Process data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the platform
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

3. Credits and payments

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed by matching runs. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Credit balances do not expire.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Data and privacy

Your uploaded data is processed solely to perform the matching job you initiate. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
